Apprenticeships at Democracy

We are working with Manchester Metropolitan University to offer a degree apprenticeship in Digital Marketing.

Not only will you gain a degree, you will gain fantastic work experience in a fast paced and dynamic company.

We are committed to developing our stars of the future and it is anticipated that the apprenticeship will lead to permanent employment at the end of your degree.

As well as needing to meet the requirements of the degree apprenticeship, you must also:

 

  • Be driven to achieve results and confidently work with a wide range of stakeholders
  • Be hands on with a high attention to detail and positive work ethic
  • Have excellent written communication skills
  • Have excellent organisational skills, lots of enthusiasm and a can-do-approach

The minimum entry requirements for this role are:

  • A minimum of 104 points at A2 (grades BCC) or an equivalent, eg BTEC DMM.
  • We also welcome applicants who hold Level 3 professional qualifications, such as CIM Level 3 Digital Marketing
