APPLICATION PROCESS

  • Kick things off by uploading your CV via our short application form. No long forms or essays, just a chance to show us who you are and what you can bring to the team.

  • If it looks like a good fit, we’ll invite you to a virtual chat with someone from the team. It’s a great chance for us both to learn more about each other.

  • Next, you’ll complete a short online test. It helps us understand how you think and work and makes sure we’re building the right support around you.

  • We’ll invite you into our Manchester office to meet more of the team. You’ll get a feel for the space, ask questions, and talk through the role in more detail.
