EMPOWERING THE NEXT GENERATION OF SUPERSTARS
Fancy a career in digital marketing, a degree and to get to paid for it?
We partner with Manchester Metropolitan University to welcome two students each year into our team as Digital Apprentices.
By the end of the four year course, our hard working DAs are on track to be junior account managers, with a first class degree and no student debt.
We attract more than 400 applications for these places every year. So take the time to make sure your application stands out.
At Democracy, our four-year Degree Apprenticeship Programme is designed to give you hands-on experience across the full spectrum of PR and marketing, all while you study for a fully funded degree with Manchester Metropolitan University.
You'll split your time between 80% on-the-job learning at Democracy and 20% academic study at Manchester Met, allowing you to apply what you learn in real time and graduate debt-free with both a qualification and four years of industry experience.
We have completed applications for our 2025 cohort, however, keep an eye on our LinkedIn page for any future updates for when 2026 goes live.

“Democracy’s Unwaivering support and dedication to our degree apprenticeships programmes have been instrumental in shaping the future of countless candidates”
As you progress, your responsibilities will grow year-on-year, preparing you to graduate with the confidence, capabilities, and practical experience of a PR professional.
