She founded Democracy at a moment when PR was shifting — away from journalists as the sole gatekeepers and towards a world where brands could build communities, speak directly and act with purpose. Today, with AI accelerating that transformation, Jen is energised by the pace of change. She champions new ways of working, new ways of thinking and new ways for brands to show up with confidence.
