Democracy is the fastest-growing PR agency outside London – and we’re looking to take on another two Digital Marketing Degree Apprentices to join our workforce.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
As well as needing to meet the requirements of the degree apprenticeship, you must also:
Be driven to achieve results and confidently work with a wide range of stakeholders
Be hands on with a high attention to detail and positive work ethic
Excellent written communication skills
Excellent organisational skills, lots of enthusiasm and a can-do-approach
Be available to start on 1st September 2026

The minimum entry requirements for this role are:
a minimum of 104 points at A2 (grades BCC) or an equivalent, eg BTEC DMM.
We also welcome applicants who hold Level 3 professional qualifications, such as CIM Digital Marketing, Digital Marketer Apprenticeship, Junior Content Producer Apprenticeship and Multi-Marketer Apprenticeship (new for 2025/26).
