MILLY PAINTER

Milly joined the agency as a Junior Account Executive in 2023 after graduating from university and seeking a new challenge. Quickly discovering a curiosity and love for the news and building relationships with journalists, she has worked across many clients at Democracy to secure tier A coverage in national publications.

Now a Senior Account Executive, she continues to build relationships with media whilst working across a range of B2B and B2C clients.

From helping to organise and execute high-end events like GARDENA's World press and influencer event, to working on an awareness and education campaign about liquid renewables and engaging with transport, construction and energy trades, she has continued to develop her skills and knowledge since joining.
