APPLICATION PROCESS

  • Start by submitting your CV and a tailored cover letter. This is your chance to tell us who you are, what drives you, and how your experience aligns with the role. Make it personal, specific, and relevant, we read every application carefully.

  • If your application catches our attention, we’ll invite you to an online interview. This is a conversational stage where we get to know each other better. You’ll talk to our Head of Talent about your interests, past work, and our expectations. It’s also your chance to ask us anything.

  • Selected candidates are invited to an assessment day. This includes completing a practical task that simulates real scenarios you might encounter in the role. You’ll demonstrate your skills, collaborate with others, and gain insight into how we work.

  • After reviewing the assessment day, we’ll reach out to successful candidates with an offer!
