LEAH HENNIS

Leah joined the agency in 2023 as part of the second cohort of apprenticeships offered at Democracy. Since then, she has quickly become a valuable member of the team, taking on the role of Junior Account Executive and contributing across a diverse range of both B2B and B2C accounts.

Leah played a key role in delivering a standout festive experience for Five Farms, helping to conceptualise and execute an immersive brand event that captured seasonal spirit.

She demonstrates strong B2B media relations skills, successfully engaging with international maritime journalists to secure targeted coverage and amplify client messaging on a global scale.

And of course, she helped to launch GARDENA's first national allotment competition with a series of industry experts levelling up her gardening knowledge along the way.
