FRANKIE COATES

Frankie joined the agency in 2023 through our Digital Marketing Degree Apprenticeship programme and has since progressed into the role of Junior Account Executive.

Since joining, Frankie has taken full advantage of the opportunity to gain hands-on experience across all areas of the agency - from content creation and influencer outreach to digital strategy, media relations and client advocacy. This well-rounded exposure has given her a strong understanding of how integrated campaigns are built and how each element plays a role in delivering results.

Frankie also plays a key role in community management across several client accounts, ensuring brand tone of voice is consistently brought to life, audiences stay engaged, and social channels continue to grow with purpose. Her thoughtful approach helps brands build meaningful relationships with their audiences - one comment, reply and DM at a time.
