Senior Account Manager
We are looking for a Senior Account Manager to join our team at Democracy, working across both B2C accounts and B2B offering. As a Senior Account Manager, you will act as the key point of contact for clients, advising them on the best activity to achieve their objectives. You will also take responsibility for the day-to-day management of client accounts, working closely with the team to ensure all activity is completed to a high standard and to the deadline, in order to achieve agreed KPIs.
The ideal candidate will be able to build relationships with clients quickly to understand their objectives, be an excellent communicator and be confident in driving activity across the account.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Build and maintain client relationships
• Uncover client’s objectives and craft a creative solution that aligns with these needs
• Clearly communicate client’s objectives with colleagues and drive development of timely solutions
• Ensure the account is serviced to the right levels
• Manage the account team and provide guidance to the account Juniors
QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor’s degree
• 5+ years of experience in PR
• Proven ability in growing accounts and building client relationships
• Strong presentation skills
• Experience in managing people and teams
• Possess a creative mindset
