
B2B PR Account Manager
We are looking for an experienced Account Manager to join our team at Democracy PR, working across our B2B accounts. As Account Manager, you will act as the key point of contact for clients, planning and running campaigns, and advising them on the best activity to achieve their objectives. You will also take responsibility for the day-to-day management of client accounts, working closely with the account team to ensure all activity is completed to a high standard and to deadlines, in order to achieve agreed KPIs.
The ideal candidate will be able to build and maintain established relationships with clients, understand their business and objectives, be an excellent communicator and be confident in driving activity across the account.
Core Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients
- Uncover client’s objectives, craft creative solutions that align with these needs and be able to communicate those objectives with colleagues clearly
- Ensure accounts are serviced to agreed scopes of work
- Develop and coach junior members of the team
- Manage up, down, and sideways to colleagues across the agency
- Oversee a multi-skilled (PR, social media, and influencer) team
- Demonstrate strong administrative and project management skills
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification
- 3+ years of experience working in a PR agency
- 2+ years of experience servicing B2B, corporate clients
- Proven ability in building client relationships and upselling accounts
- Strong presentation and public speaking skills
- Experience in managing people and teams
- Have a creative mindset and can-do attitude to go above and beyond
