We recruit quite differently because, for us, it’s all about finding the best fit for the team. We use psychometric tests to identify people who are strong in English and problem solving and have the right personality to fit with our culture and philosophy. Investing so much time in finding the right people is just the first step, we then spend time developing and training our team, using a combination of in house and external trainers.

– We receive approx 100 applications for every position
– We test on average 30 people for each role and these will be at group sessions
– 5 candidates will be brought back for interview
